Side Effects: "The Crash"

Monster has so many side effects to deal with. I occasionally deal with the side effects. The one side effect that is a very common one is "The Crash" or sugar. There is also the Energy side effect, Carbohydrates side effect, Caffeine side effect, as well as the Ginseng side effect.

1. The crash is know, because Monster has so much sugar in it that once it starts leaving your bloodstream you start to die down and crash on the sugar high. You have that great high while you are drinking the Monster and for a while afterwards and then eventually that high starts going away. You start calming down and then eventually you feel like falling asleep.
2. There is the Energy effect that happens like it is said to happen. When you drink Monster you are said to get an energy bost which happens after drinking it. Once you get that energy after a while it will fade away and the same as a sugar side effect you will crash.
3. Along with the Sugar and the Energy, you also have a Carbohydrates side effect. With the Carbohydrates side effect your intake of nutrients slows down a whole bunch. So people belive that possibly if your intake of nutrients is slower so is the asorbtion rate of fluids in the body.
4. The next side effect that is possible is the Caffeine side effect. This side effect happens to almost everyone. This one causes dizzyness in alot of people along with headaches. If you are alergic to Caffeine, do not, and i repeat DO NOT, drink this drink. You will have allergic reactions.
5. The final side effect is the effect from the Ginseng. Ginseng in any drink what so ever causes nausea, dizziness and sometimes brest pain. You will have problems most times with Ginseng, and ginseng is probably the worst ever to have problems with.

For me I have a few of these Side effects and "The Crash" is one of those very common side effects that alot of people, including me, has from Monster. I hope that if you drink Monster you think of the side effects that can happen. And hopefully you change your mind after you read this post.
